Katelyn and Cole's Modern Garden Wedding in Fort Worth, Texas

Through postponements, Katelyn and Cole were finally able to be married one year after their original wedding date. Katelyn and Cole had formed a close friendship before they considered dating, and in her personalized vows, Katelyn recalled telling a mutual friend how lucky the woman he married someday would be. While planning a traditional wedding, both Cole and Katelyn were drawn to more modern pieces, and wanted to make a statement with their wedding design. Florals were one of the most important aspects, since both Katelyn and Cole enjoy spending time gardening together or taking care of their multitude of indoor plants. Wooden chairs helped accentuate the natural beauty of the gardens, and geometric accents from the linens to the cake and the invitations were throughout for a modern take on an otherwise traditional garden wedding.
